My goodness, all of them! To name a few : Okra and shrimp Gumbo, Crawfish etoufee, boiled shrimp, boiled crawfish and Catfish sauce picaunte.

Going to the camp every Christmas and Easter in Erath to be with my entire family. My Grandmother was always there, it was Alice/Ray's Camp, and she always looked out for me. She is someone I deeply miss.

 Your Hurricane Story
Rita: We left Abbeville and traveled just north of Lafayette. We did not lose electricity throughout the storm while staying here. Once we returned home our house was practically surrounded by water and we had downed branches from trees. We were very lucky compared to most south of us.
